In a world where everyone seems to be consumed by "image" do you think kindness & true friendship can prevail? Join The Change Angels for a private movie screening of Wonder on Sunday 3rd December at Ritz Randwick and find out.
Wonder is based on the New York Times bestselling novel and tells the incredibly inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman, a boy with facial differences who enters fifth grade, attending a mainstream elementary school for the first time.
We are thrilled to announce 100% of profits from this screening and the sale of WARRIOR Buddy Bracelets will go to the children's charity Bravehearts. Bravehearts was founded in 1997 by Hetty Johnston following her young daughter’s disclosure of sexual assault. Finding there was no to turn to for help, Hetty established Bravehearts to provide advice and support to those affected by child sexual assault.
Bravehearts now employs over 65 people across Australia providing world-class child protection training and education initiatives; specialist child sexual assault counseling and support services; as well as research and reform campaigns to work holistically to prevent child sexual assault in our society.
The Change Angels will be selling WARRIOR Buddy Bracelets at Coogee Family Fun Day and before the movie screening with 100% of profits going to Bravehearts. You can also purchase a Warrior Buddy Bracelet here on our site.
Tickets are $20 each. Wonder is rated PG.
